Founded more than 16 years ago, Alpha UCITS is one of Europe’s oldest companies offering white-label UCITS fund solutions to third party managers.
The aim of the Alpha UCITS Platform is to provide investment managers a complete UCITS fund solution via our Luxembourg UCITS platform, allowing the investment manager to focus on asset management while we take care of all regulatory, legal and operational matters.

Founded in 2009, Alpha UCITS is an independent fund platform fully owned by its directors and employees. We structure, operate and distribute UCITS funds and UCITS ETF funds managed by reputable investment managers.
Our number one priority is to propose well-structured, cost-effective investment vehicles, which offer attractive investment solutions to institutional and retail investors across Europe. We are unashamedly selective in the choice of our external investment managers.
